DETROIT — A new IT boot camp aimed at producing entry-level software engineers for the growing tech sector in metro Detroit will kick off March 12 at the Wayne County Community College District University Center in Harper Woods.
The 18-week program is the result of a unique partnership between WCCCD and global IT consultancy, Infosys Ltd. Ranked by Forbes Magazine as one of the most innovative companies in the world, Infosys serves Fortune 500 clients through a global network of 64 offices and 68 development centers in the United States, India, China and across the globe.
WCCCD is the largest urban community college district in Michigan, with more than 70,000 students enrolled at its five campuses.
